“Supernato Beetle” by Molix
Last July, during the Orlando ‘s ICAST, Molix presented the first global preview of a new lure that raised the curiosity of the visitors. Today, few months later, starts the marketing of this lure in the USA; in future the product will be available in Europe.This is the “Supernato Beetle”, it is an idea of Mike “Ike” Iaconelli, Elite Pro Angler and Bassmaster Classic Champion.It is developed and designed in Italy. It’s a soft crawler ,top water, with a sinuous and seductive movement. The “supernato beetle” is exceptionally versatile and easy to use, it can be used in many fishing situations; whether in open waters or in more intricate covers. The natural action “paddle and splash” during the retrieval stimulates the aggressive behaviour of the predators.
The compact shape, the interior arrangement of the weights, the trim and the appendices give to it an effective and easy swimming action. The angle of the rod during the retrieval allows the angler to use this lure in different ways. It can be retrieved slowly from long distances helding the tip of the rod high; or it can be retrieved fast helding the tip of the rod low. The “stop” and the proper control of inertia of the fisherman are some of its winning features. Managing the Supernato with small taps on the rod can attract the attention of the predators, remaining inside the strike zone: it is indispensable if you are fishing behind covers and rocks. Grass, nymphs, trees and reed beds are the spots where the Beetle is particularly effective for big Black Bass.It can be retrieved with jerks to create a strong appeal and a noise typical of poppers.
The weight is 5/8 oz, and it is made of a compound very soft but highly resistant at the same time.
It is equipped with a double and tough hook, which fits the profile of the body giving to the bait a great anti-stranding power. The hook is designed to handle even the large predators, as well as Black Bass, Snakeheads, Barramundi and Peacock Bass.

Molix SW Jerk 140S
After the excellent results obtained by the “Pike” version in saltwater fishing, comes the “SW Jerk 140S Limited Edition“.
The idea was conceived during the latest tests of the “Pike” version; the tests were carried out in Cuba on last December, the target was to verify its structural strength. From the great results obtained on that situation, it was decided to produce a limited edition of three colours, designed for predators such as red tunas and tropical fishes. The Molix SW Jerk 140S is equipped with strong split rings and premium quality treble hooks. It’s a sinking lure with a hydrodynamic profile and an extremely compact shape, which allow the fishermen to reach long distances on casting. The weight is 85 grams and it is 140 mm long, it is made of a thick and tough ABS shell,where is placed a steel armor of 1.4 mm “full wire”, this means that the armor is along the entire length of the bait.
Internal balance and weights distribution have been studied for long to keep the horizontal position, with the characteristic and marked “wobbling” while the bait is sinking. During a linear retrieval the lure draws a large, sinuous “S”. The action of jerking, combined with a linear retrieval is highly effective: the lure makes a movement “side to side” with long directional changes and belly flops. When the bait is retrieved slowly, with continuous regular jerks, it stays long in the fishing area thanks to wide movements from left to right.

The name “Sculpo” will evoke great interest to lovers of crank baits with a lure that over the years has found a space inside the tackle boxes of many european fishermen.
The new, “USA Special Edition” of the Sculpo DR Rattlin will include six new colors that are extremely vibrant and strikingdue to the new production processes.
