This new relationship between Molix and Pitman Creek started this year at the ICAST show and grew stronger thanks to this union of synergies, shared interests and goals that brought us here, in Kentucky. This show gathers exclusively the Pitman costumers, a chance for the wholesaler to put together the orders for the 2015 season.

Three new colors for the Jubarino

Thanks to the suggestions of our friends and staff we created three new colors for the Jubarino, the successful mini jerkbait so much appreciated by street fishing, rockfishing and freshwater flats fishing fishermen. Three specific freshwater patterns in ghost configuration, very much requested and so efficient.

jubarino 74 ghost perchThe #74 Ghost Perch replicates a tiny perch, a predator that before getting to its adult stage becomes, more often than not, forage for larger predators, including those of its own species.

jubarino 99 ghost shadThe #99 Ghost Shad, an interesting pattern, reminds a large part of the baitfish swimming in the waters of half the planet. We doubt that there is a single predator who would doubt, even for a second, what to to if it finds it swimming in front of its nose. We have the feeling that aslo many saltwater cannibals will have a go at it.

Also tjubarino 117 ghost scaleshe #117 Ghost Scales is very realistic and its decorated with scales that will increase its charm, is a very interesting pattern for not so clear waters and estuaries.

The relationship between Molix and Taniyama Shoji strengthen

taniyama_01After the excellent results achieved so far, the partnership with the company Taniyama Shoji from Nishinomiya is getting stronger. The President Taniyama and business manager Shinko San met with Paolo Vannini, Paolo Uchida and the Molix Japan staff to prepare new strategies for 2015. The harmony between Italian and Japanese people who enthusiastically share the love for technology and design, it is always very strong, especially when topped with good food and excellent Japanese beer.

taniyama_02For Molix to see that a partnership of this level grows and becomes stronger, in one of the toughest and more competitive lure markets,  is a matter of great pride and satisfaction.

Molix in Japan

If you’re travelling around Japan and decide to go for a couple of casts to Lake Biwa, first stop in Kyoto and take a look at a couple of shops.

Visiting Bass Field and Fishing Eight is a must, both spectacular shops where you will find many lures unknown to the western fishermen and some pretty well known indeed. Don’t be surprised to find your favorite Molix lures in the shelves, even the very demanding Japanese fishermen love them.
